Saverne's church of "Notre Dame", built with pink limestone, and, with a statue of Our Lady, Mother of the Church, perched on a ledge, above the entrance. Dated June, 1997.

"Links" copyrighted pages - printed from the web in 2008 - regarding France's "pink bird", or "stork", re-appearing widely, as a lawn decoration, in the United States, after this picture, of Mr. Robert and  his wife, Alice Gillmann, was taken.  Saverne is near Strasbourg, but, this church is the not the same church,  as the one called "Notre Dame" in Strasbourg.
