1989 and after Summer, 1988, the new Computer Graphics program at Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York

In August, 1989, I was a student volunteer at ACM-SIGGRAPH, in Boston, Massachusetts.  See the letter.

In 1989, a company existed, named FOUR-D Computer Graphics, in New York City.  My Pratt Institute Computer Graphics Instructor, named Sonya Haferkorn, worked there.  She hired a Computer Graphics Graduate Student named Kimberly Richmond-Jeffers, to work there.  Another Pratt Graduate Student worked there, and he gave a short talk to my Management class at Pratt, regarding this company.  Sonya Haferkorn invited the Graduate Students to see this company in Fall semester, 1989, for a few weeks.

Early in my first year with the Computer Graphics Graduate program,  I was asked to help out at a Computer Graphic conference, in New York City, at the Hyatt hotel in Manhattan.  This is the handout from that conference, and one page of my notes from one day.  Evans Amoatia helped out, and, sat at the table with me.  He and I were asked to do this by Isaac Victor Kerlow, M.S., then Chair of the Graduate Computer Graphics program, at Pratt Institute.
